FAQs
We’ve put together some of the most frequently asked questions to help you. Of course, you can ask us anything and we will do our very best to help you.
We do encourage you to register with us if you think you may like to re-home an animal either now or in the near future.
If I make an annual donation to an animal, can I visit it?
If you have chosen to donate an annual fee to one of our animals, you will be able to visit it and learn more about its habits, temperament and day to day routine. Your donation will help towards the care of the animal when it is staying at Happy Endings Rescue.

Can I visit Happy Endings Rescue at anytime?
Please adhere to our opening times, as advertised on our website and notice board by our gates.
Our office is open from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm Monday to Friday.
However, if you would like to visit and see the animals you will need to do this on one of our specific 'Visit Days'.
How do I register to re-home a dog?
If you think you are ready to take on the commitment for re-homing a rescued dog, please register with us.
Finding the right home for our animals is very important to us. Sometimes dogs have lost an owner and are distressed or have been removed from an unsuitable environment and desperately need a new caring, understanding loving home. It can mean the dogs may require certain criteria.
Let us know your circumstances and we will do our best to see if we can match and re-home a dog with you.
I would love a mature cat, do you have any that need a new home?
We often have kittens and mature cats that require new homes. During their stay with us we get to know their personalities and we will do our very best to find a home that best suits the cat.
Tell us about yourself and we will put you on our register.
